I use the free ASIO4ALL driver from http://www.asio4all.com/
It works fine for me on Asus Laptop Win7. Once you install it it will show up in the list of audio output options.

I just tried File, Load, All Data... and was able to load the M1_Numb.m1all with no issues on my Win7 64bit laptop. Are you using the FILE menu *inside* the VST ?!
