After having my Kronos 61 (gen. 1) repaired for a dead motherboard. It is now up and running again, but... the system now registers a 73-key keybed instead of the actual 61-key. How does one correct this? It posses some problems that a key refferenced on screen doesn't match the actual physical key ...

By the way. It's a Lite-On external DVD/CD Rewriteable drive...

Maybe, a CDRW only drive, would be a better match. I don't know if it's possible to find such though.

I have the EXACT same problem. You're not alone.
I'm hoping the 1.5 upgrade will solve issues with compatability...

By pure luck i managed to find myself a Kronos 61 here in Denmark. Next shipment is due October... So i feel extremely lucky. SN# 77. I was a little surprised to find that all the LED's on the board are in fact white. On all the pictures/videos i've seen, they look blue. That's a good thing though ...

They should really inform us European peasants that our Kroni comes with BAD KARMA...

One would think that the hardest part of purchasing a Kronos would be finding the money for it, but no, just getting to make an actual deal is a little bit harder. Why couldn't the huge quantities of Kroni shipping to the States be shared with the rest of the world? I don't get it... Well, i guess ...

I can only compare with other purchases i've made.

Back in the day the Triton 61 was WAY more expensive than the Kronos is now.

And in comparison the Motif XF6 currently sells for: 18999 DKR / 2550 € / 3680 $
