Go to the Song you want to 'delete' in the SEQ, and from the drop-down menu, select "Initialize Song". That will clear the song data.

I highly recommend the QuickLok Z/726L Z-stand. The top tier has two arms that adjust both side-to-side, and up and down, so you can have your top keyboard hover just over the bottom keyboard. I own two, and love them for their sturdiness and adjustability of the top tier. I bought two extra tier ...

According to George Merrill, one of the synths used was the Roland JUNO-6, so maybe you can track down a sample library and listen to the factory patches to see if there is one that is close (apart from modeling the sound yourself using the AL-1 engine on the Kronos). There are some TV show clips ...

A good pair of 8" monitors really won't even need a sub, in my opinion. In the past, I have used the JBL LSR series (305 and 308, with the 310 sub). The 305s definitely benefitted from using the sub, but the 308s kicked out plenty of low end on their own. I'm currently using the Adam T8V monitors ...

Painting the jog wheel
Has anyone here painted their jog wheel to make it stand out on the Kronos? I have been debating buying a can of Testors Spray Enamel and spraying the jog wheel with 1290T Chrome Gloss, to accent the wheel. I have not modded my Kronos 2 at all since buying it in 2015, but always felt that the ...

I have a QUIKLOK Z726 holding my Kronos 61-key, and love it. No more X-stands for me! This stand is very sturdy, and easy to slide around. The second tier is holding my Line 6 Helix and M-Audio trigger pad (I had to buy a second set of arms to split up the tier like that). It's $138 on Amazon, and ...

I love this documentary, watched it years ago. I met Tony Levin at a Stick Men gig a couple of years ago, and asked if he remembered locking Pete in the barn to write lyrics! He couldn't recall, but it was really no time for an interview :P I learned a whole new appreciation for bass tracks at age ...

Touchscreen loose in the upper right corner, easy DIY fix?
Hey all, I recently bought a used TEX 61, and have been using it for about two weeks. Today I noticed the upper right drop-down menu wasn't responding to any pressure, and can visibly see a small gap towards that corner (between the screen and the silver frame). Pushing the screen feels 'soft' there ...
