Every time I touch the body(metal part) of the keyboard after i switch it off I will get static shock .. Is it normal? Anybody have the same problem?

I agree with Michel that you should definitely contact support for this issue. It sounds like an internal power supply or power cable issue; but, either way you're better off calling support (unless you get it working with a different power cable). Good luck! 3 responses it gave me when i switch the power on now ..
1. Totally nothing happen although i press ON
2. The leds "blink" once then switch off
3. It start up until like 70-80%, it switch off again

Does it not turn on at all anymore? Have you made sure the power cord is firmly inserted into the Kronos? Have you made sure the power cord is plugged into the wall? Have you tried plugging the cord into another outlet? Last week, it happens once and I tried few time to swtich it on it doesn't work ...

I had my Kronos for 2 months and it is my first keyboard ..
Recently when Im practicing, the keyboard jz switch off suddenly itself. So I try to press the button off and wait for 10 seconds and on it again but it just cant start up ..
Anybody facing the same problem with me?

My kronos also face the same problem here .. !!!
I love this keyboard but why it jz die after 1 month i bought?
So is yours fix the problem already?
