Yes I KNOW Rics is better....what I am saying is it looks a lot like EMC has COPIED his work...... I understand what you wrote Sir. When you say "copied" I assume that you literally mean EMC copied Ric's source code, which is close to impossible unless Ric's source code was open source for a while ...
