JoeyL and Tiko, I've set up the Kronos with both of your settings and can honestly say I like them both. The German D Dark Grand now sounds 'richer', if that's the right word to describe it. I've used the Berlin Una Corda to try to re-create Tiko's set-up and it too sounds great but It sounds ...

Wow, first of all thank you! I recorded "Fireflies" with Ivory's German D grand run through Eastwast Spaces reverb with the LA Piano Hall TS FR 3.2s preset. So it's a pretty simple sound. On my Kronos I have a similar patch which is basically the Berlin Una Corda patch with Reverb Smooth Hall in ...

Thanks for all the tips! Will definitely try to check all connections first. I have nothing plugged in to the USB ports. I'll report back.

Startup failing every other time

I have the latest firmware... startup fails every other time like clockwork. When I reboot it works fine. And the next day when I power it up again it fails. Any ideas? I have a Kronos 2.

ashby solutions has just what you need a pedal adapter about 17-19 dollars Thanks for the tip. I'm pretty new to Korg (coming from Kurzweil) and don't really get why something as basic as a CC pedal doesn't work with the Kronos. Luckily it's not a big investment to make it work! Is this the one ...

Boss FV-500L with Kronos

Hi! I'm using the Boss FV-500L expression pedal with my K2 and I have the range problem - it goes from 0 to 127 within about the first 30% of the throw. I googled around and found that other people have had this issue but not sure if the only solution is to buy a different pedal? Thanks for any ...

You might want to take at least 3 db out from every EQ band, unnecessary boosting going on there. Thanks for the video! :)

Really? Can't believe it with a keyboard like the K. Will have to look for a solution as I sometimes need to do that.

Triton rack playing sounds when it shouldn't

My main board is a PC3x and I control my Triton rack with that. Triton's midi channel is set to 15, but still the Triton changes combi's and plays sounds randomly when there's nothing going through the channel 15.... Has anyone had this happen? I'm worried about playing live when this thing has a ...

And if you don't have a remote you can use the in-camera times (2 sec is good for this). Also mirror lock-up helps with the vibrations.
