Got the SV-1 showing up, all I need to do now is learn how to work with Cubase. I kinda wish Adobe would come up with a MIDI program as all of the one's I've tried are like trying to tame a wild horse. Cubase has been one of the best I've tried, but by no means 'user friendly.'

I've searched heaps of forums I recommend you take it first to a KORG authorized repair facility in your area. This is the right way to diagnose the problem, I would have them fix the problem too. Korg tells me indirectly through the local repair facility that the SV-1 should not be stored on its end. The repair facility says they've never heard of that for a portable keyboard.
