When you record to your DAW through USB from the Kronos, the sound is balanced , maybe that's why you are noticing a lack in "Volume " ? Also, in your DAW, set the recording setting to capture and record on 24bit, 48,000 HZ . Then after you finish mixing on your DAW , user dither on the master bus ...

hi I'm new to this forum, I just got my kronos x 88 key today, and love the sounds. But after playing on the pianos I started to notice the Bb key above middle C is louder than the others. Anyone else get this problem?
