kronos x 88 Bb note is louder than others

kronos x 88 Bb note is louder than others
hi I'm new to this forum, I just got my kronos x 88 key today, and love the sounds. But after playing on the pianos I started to notice the Bb key above middle C is louder than the others. Anyone else get this problem?
