Thanks, Niblit! On the Audio In/Sampling page of the sequencer Play/Rec menu there is a "Sample time" setting. The default was 5 minutes and 59.999 seconds, compared to my 10.5 minute sequence. As you suggested, increasing that setting resolved the problem. There is no mention of this in the Kronos ...

"KRONOS System Version 2.0.2 will be supported via the upcoming KRONOS v2 Editor and Plug-In Editor software, which will be available for free download at www.korg.com/kronos/Support at the end of August 2012 .
