Try a internet search for a Wav to MIDI converter (and purchase a decent converter - warning any program from the internet might be corrupt) then convert file with the program, transfer file to a SD, and last load the MID file into a song bank.

I see that you said that you assigned the foot pedal to the damper pedal input, but I didn't see anything about the damper polarity setting, see page 202 of the parameter guide.

Midi Clock logic for the Krome is in the Global Menu Page P1 MIDI. You have four choices Internal, Auto, External and External USB. Hopefully you have a similar function on the M50. For the M50 to be in control that would require that the clock to the Krome be set to either External (Midi Cable) or ...

Check out the setting on the Global System Pref. screen and see if you have the Power-on Mode set to Reset.

Took me a long time to finally try the Korg Krome Arp function on the A000 Bank Grand Piano.
