Hi, I'm a recent Krome owner, and keyboard come to that, so am definitely a newbie. I seem to have a problem whereby the board intermittantly forgets my user programs between power cycles. It seems as if it remembers them once or twice and then next time, there they are gone!
I don't think I'm doing anything silly, and I'm unclear as to what may be happening short of a fault with the board. The only possible cause I can think of is that I've been messing about with the editor software on the PC, although I can't be sure whether the timings of when it's happened have coincided. I certainly haven't deliberitely deleted, edited or otherwise done something I might expect to be the cause. I don't seem to be having the same problem with combos.
Cheers
Martin

Did you write the changed program(s)? You can check this easily by changing a parameter, go to another program and come back to the first program. If parameters are reverted to their old values, you forgot to write them. Actually, you have to write a changed program before going to another program.

I'm confident I did write them because I tried it through a power cycle after the first time to make sure it wasn't me. At the moment it's so far so good with the test ones I have on there but I haven't connected it to the Krome editor. Perhaps I was doing something silly with that. Will have to try again and see.
Thanks for the reply.

Krom Reset on Power - On
Check out the setting on the Global System Pref. screen and see if you have the Power-on Mode set to Reset.
