I have made with PA600 one sound set (from PA3X) just to try it. They are pure sample sounds. No filters, no effects are added. For interest i tried open it with Wave Xtractor. For .kmp it shows me: "This is not a valid KMP file", but .pcm it can load. You can download it here: http://rapidshare ...
