I have replaced RAM, but before I have tried to run the workstation without the RAM and it didn`t load the resources.
Finally I have sent the item to Korg service.. I will share the results here

Dear Antony, I have switched off the switch unplugged the RAM and boot again - Status - is again `Loading Factory Resources..` - when switch is OFF Turn switch to ON and boot again - status is `Loading Factory Resources...`- without the RAM... what should be next step.. please kindly advice asap ...

Sorry, I did not try running without ram module, coz I can not recognize the RAM MODULE. Please advice which one of them is ram module? I will open back panel today share photo with you asap today, but if you can explain which one of the modules is ram it will be very helpfull. Thanks!
