If still under guarantee then visit service center since you face hardware issue !

Taking for granted that you have already proceeded to requested reset actions and
though I can only speculate , my prognosis could be
- If 61 keys version internal 4 Gb USB stick is corrupted.
- If 76 keys version internal SSD is corrupted.
- Else the last seldom I could say case could be motherboard !

The keyboard wty expired.
Nearest Korg Service is 2500km from my location. Very difficult situation...
So as I understand I need to try replacing the flash memory first of all.. I should contact to someone who has the same keyboard and check equipment with replacing flash memory to find faulty part.
thank you!

So you own 61 keybed version !
Yes you can try it , but buy the faster USB Stick in reading access , very important and
do not exceed 4 Gb since bigger are slower and you'll face delaying issues , even system freeze !

Good luck and be extremely careful !

Yes, My Korg Pa3X with 61 keyved version.

I have changed the USB stick, I have bought faster USB with 4GB memory.
I have installed the new USB and loaded OS 1.6 ver with INTRO 1 and than loaded RES 1.6 ver with INTRO 3. Restarted the keyboard and again first screen "Loading Factory Resoruces.." a the bottom I can see the OS 1.6 ver.
I have tried with 3 USB stick and every time I have different % of the loading freeze.
I put the USB to my computer which I remove from back of the keyboard. I saw thet th new USB Stick memory divided into two parts 2GB FAT32 and 1.72GB unknown format. I have chaked the used part of the 2GB and discovered a lot folders... with total capacity 288MB. I don't know what should be the right volume.

Now before I will reserch of the Motherboard prices I need to know if new motherboard solve the issue.

Thank you for your help/suggestions/support! I will be happy to read your suggestions.

I suppose you mean from inside of Pa3X , and factory USB Stick , since talking of system partitions.

Before proceeding to any further action , you must unplug Ram module and try to boot with empty Ram socket !
There is a big chance for Ram to be defective of not well seated in socket since in both cases system can't boot !

There is no other intermediate module to participate in booting so next suspicious module is motherboard
the worst scenario since is the expensive part !
Not needed to mention that I just speculate without having your gear in my Lab to examine it with further
with my equipment.
So I can't guarantee though my technical experience that your problem can be solved by correspondence !

I would also format one of the USB sticks and download a fresh copy of the resources and put it on the newly formatted USB stick. That would eliminate the possibility of a corrupted file that you have have been copying on your various USB sticks.

Hi

I would suggest to change the internal usb drive.

And then install res file only.
Hope this will solve your problem.

Thanks.

Hi !
Thank you all. I have replaced internal USB with new one. Loaded RES files - did not work.
I opened the back panel and checked each and every board and all of them seems OK.
I have replaced internal USB with another new one and loaded RES - no changes, Loaded OS - no changes...
(RES & OS 1.6 ver)
I will be happy to get/try your suggestions!!
regards,

This was the first thing to check after internal Sys USB stick !
At bottom of keyboard, (when closed) there is a two screws cover that reveals User Ram (128 Mb by factory) chips module !
turn off the board switch that you'll find there , Un-clip Ram board carefully unplug and try to boot again your keyboard.
