Korg Triton Updating
My pleasure! Glad to hear you got the keyboard updated. I hear you about the floppies. I bought a usb floppy drive about 2 years ago and quite a few floppy diskettes. They came in very handy when updating my Trinity and Triton. I also use the FDD to save old files from floppy to PC.

I forgot to mention, Valerios. You may have to get more old discs to do the update. One .exe file per disc may be required unless you will be allowed by the OS to select the file to run each time it calls for the next floppy. If it will not, you won't be able to complete the update unless you erase ...

Great news!
Remember to put ONLY the executable (.exe) parts of the files on the disc and not the entire files.
You should have 5 .exe files to run to do the update.
If for some strange reason this does not work, let me know and perhaps we
can get some floppies to you.

Valerios. You CAN use the internal CD drive to update but the disc itself MUST be formatted properly using the older UDF format. This can be found online. The Triton Studio manual will indicate which UDF format must be used. I was not able to format a disc using the format feature in Windows Vista ...

Triton Studio OS V2.0.2 Update
Figured this out finally. The executable file needed unzipping also and the five folders (Disk1-Disk5) went to the Temp folder of my Vista OS. Sent them back to Documents, opened each folder separately and burned the contents to the appropriate floppy disk. Still do not understand why Korg posted ...

Copying HDD Contents To CDD
Copying or saving your hard drive contents to your cd drive is very simple. You must format your cd(s) before hand using your cd drive.
Feel free to PM if you need instructions. The procedures in the Parameter Guide are correct (I did this just last evening).

Triton Studio OS V2.0.2 Update
I'm currently using V1.0.3 (just bought the keyboard) and wish to update to the latest version. I've seen a couple replies on the forum that updating cannot be accomplished using the CD drive. I've downloaded the proper update (V2.0.2e) a couple times (just to be sure) and when I unzipped the file I ...

I realize I'm a little late answering this but I'm a new member and just now saw this. I noticed no one has replied yet. I too am about to update my synthesizer and have downloaded the files. You must unzip each folder (5 for the V2.0.1 update) and copy just the executable file to the floppy disk ...
