The CD can only be heard from the output L/R ;-) NEVER from output 1/2.
The MP3 can both ;-)

It is a Analog problem. Are you using Output L/R or 1/2 :?: You have to open the Keyboard. Behind the CDROM drive, there are a Audio Cable there are going to the Mainboard (I think). It is a 4 pole cable (White/Shield/Shield/Red) lenght=230mm. Find this cable and check if one of the plugs are lose ...

I think it is possible. You can send the signal from Cubase Out into the input 1 "and only no. 1" in the KB (remember to set. the Micr. sw. in pos. line In 1+2, and not Micr. pos.) I think it have been a bad contact in the switch, because you never use it :wink: It can have been an OP-AMP in the Mic. line there are the probs. , but "NEVER" the vol. poti :wink: If you never use Mic. "In", then let the Sw. stay in pos. "1" 8) If you still have probs., you have to by a new Board ...

Try to set the Micr. SW. to position 1 and not Micr. (on the backpanel) :idea:
Try to place your output cable in 1 and 2 (instead of L/R) :idea:
I mean you have the PRO version :?:

Have you tryed to set all slider to "0" :?:
Is the noise in both left and right channel :?:
Are the noise also in the headphone output :?:
