Can one use a foot switch to toggle between patches?
Greetings,
I'd like to be able to easily switch between two patches during one song. That is, toggle back and forth between a piano patch and an organ patch. Then back to the piano patch etc.
Would a foot switch work for this?
Kind Regards,
Mike

How can I determine my OS version?
Apologies if this is simple, but after searching global settings, the web and user manual, I can't seem to find the answer.
How can I determine which operating system version is on my Krome?
Thanks,
Mike

Hi Tony, I'm not sure if this is the issue or not, but it sounds like you're putting the SD card in when the keyboard is turned on. I've never done that, as I've always turned off the keyboard before removing or inserting the card. If you turn it off, put the card in, then turn it back on, does that ...

Move a drum sound do a different key
Hi, I'm very unfamiliar with with workstations in general, so please bear with me. I'd like to have the piano sound for most of the keyboard, and have A0 as a hand clap sound. So far I've created a combi, with the Rock Kit going from A0 to D#3 (D#3 is the hand clap sound I want) and E3 and above has ...

Thanks demonhyde, I appreciate the information. I think I get you - looking at the base I think I see the 4 screws you're talking about. Gotta go to rehearsal so I can't take things apart right now - will give it a shot when I can. Pics would be awesome if you get the time! Would certainly help me ...

Well, I didn't get very far with this at all. Using a phillips, I took out the 9 screws on the back panel hoping then I could easily remove it. That didn't happen - the panel was still firmly in place. Tried jiggling it around some but it seems it's still firmly in place - certainly didn't want to ...

Krome ate my SD card
So I was trying to insert the SD card, reaching around from the front of the keyboard and insert it into the slot. Apparently I angled it up a bit and the card missed the slot and disappeared into the void just above the receptacle. Tried to tilt the keyboard up and shake it out, unbent a paper clip ...

Drum Loop Intro?
Greetings,
Is there a way to get, say, a one measure intro for the various built-in drum loops?
I'd like to get a feel for the tempo before the drum loop starts - kind of like how some very inexpensive keyboards have an "intro" button.
Thanks,
Mike

Simple split advice
Greetings, I'm a newbie here, as well as to the Krome, and pretty much anything digital in general (came from the piano). It seems I'd like to do something simple, but after much reading and watching videos, I just can't seem to find what I'm looking for. What I'd like to do is just split. That is ...

Greetings from sunny Florida
Hi, Just joined, thought I'd introduce myself. I'm a classically trained pianist, but fell out of music for about 25 years. Started taking lessons about a year and a half ago (via Skype). Now interested in playing "popular" music and have started to play with some people playing mostly jazz ...
