The supply in the photo looks like a low wattage, open frame AC to DC, switcher. I would ask enhanceUSA for the specs on the supply as to voltages and current minimums. They may have a supply that will substitute for it. Worst problem will be the footprint and heat signature and perhaps supply ...

I have both and the WS550 is rock steady and handles 300 lbs. The X stand seems OK but the hardware at the joint is a little light for my tastes so it never sees the Kronos. Just my two cents....
