It does, just not under Cocoa (the basis for all OS X programming). It uses Rosetta to support the more aged Carbon language.adambeck wrote:To make that more clear, the site says: "Regarding newer Intel Macs, operation was confirmed under Rosetta but this version does not run as native Universal Binary." DOes that mean it does, or doesn't work on intel macs???
Universal Binary is the name for native support of the Intel architecture now in use in all Macintosh models.
So yes. It runs on any Intel Mac. I myself have the latest Macbook Pro with the Santa Rosa chipset. Runs just fine, though you will notice that it is obviously an old OS 9 program (again, hence the reason it runs under Rosetta), looking more like a Windows program, than the polished Mac programs you're probably accustomed to.
Now if I could just figure out how to get the keyboard and editor to interact..

Microkorg Sound Editor
I'm also having trouble with the sound editor.
It says "Microkorg Did Not Respond" no matter what i do.
Does someone have a procedure I can follow to make sure everything is setup properly, with the right properties checked etc?
I'm using:
IMAC Desktop, Focusrite Saffire, Microkorg.
Thanks,
JDS1.
