You ever tried SWISS from the ALPS?
Pretty good stuff. Right up there, for sure. In the early 50s I lived for a while below Kleine Scheidig (can't remember if that's the right spelling...probably not. Apologies) and would hike down for some of that in Grindelwald. It'd give me enough energy to climb back up, so never got fat.

Re Apple Pie: Then you should have some of my wife's fresh AP, fresh made from the apples in our orchard.
But, if we're talking pies now, the best is Key Lime from certain spots in the Everglades WAY off the tourist track.

Then there's Pecan Punch Pie in New Orleans.
