can't use padkontrol after installing webcam

weirdest thing. i bought a logitech logicool qcam usb webcam the other day. installed it and played with it some. then i noticed that my padkontrol wasn't showing up in any of my software despite it still apparently being installed on the computer. went through a bunch of stuff and had to use system restore to get to before the computer encountered the webcam to get the padkontrol to show up again. when i installed the webcam again, poof, padkontrol disappeared again from music apps. any ideas? i've done all the obvious stuff... spent half the night in winxp device manager messing with drivers, different settings, rebooting, etc. nothing. any help? is this some kind of usb device driver conflict of something?

hey i had the same problem but with mpd24 i jsut uninstalled the cam driver and it worked fine. i dont think u can use both at the same time. but padkonrol workd fine with my cam driver installed.

hey install generic windows driver for the cam and both should work fine but u dont get all the functions of the cam.
