When OS 3.01 complete manual, Paolo?

Post by dimitris »

Hello Mr Tramannoni,

I would ask Korg why didn't already make a complete OS 3.01 manual yet? Are you programming any last OS update?

Regards,
Dimitris

Plans for a new OS update are under evaluation. A complete manual is tied to that decision.

Best regards,
Paolo

Mr Tramannoni,

may I wish for one feature for my PA1X? And that's please consider having a stand alone Lyrics funtionality like the one in PA2X on this last OS update.

Best regards.

I have to say i cannot recall any product that i have owned by ANY manufacturer that has had the level of sustained support that the PA1X has had. I am not expecting a major OS update but just the fact that Korg are still doing this is simply phenominal.

Thank you so much Korg.

Dear Paolo,

Could Korg please release THE SOURCE (editable) PDF's for the currently available documentation for the Pa1x? This would allow an enterprising member of the forum with ADOBE acrobat to edit the documentation and produce a single document relevant to OS3.01 that is fully up to date.

I am not volunteering to do this work myself. It would involve someone else from the forum volunteering to do the work, but I am sure that if Korg were to release the source documents for the Pa1x to the user community then the help would be forthcoming.

Hi Pete,

Are you sure they are fully editable? Did you test it?
I thought they were read only versions ...
If they are editable, then ... are you volunteering ? :-)

Hi Rob

I did actually think about doing it a little while ago but I do not have a copy of Adobe Acrobat.

At the time I was thinking more of producing an addendum with all the changes and references to the original PDF pages.

Cheers

Hi Pete,

Just curious, if you don't have Acrobat how do you know that the files are nor "read only"?
I tried editing some Korg documents in Acrobat last year but thought they were not editable.
This may be finger trouble on my part, so I'm ken to learn if they can be edited...

Hi Pete and Rob,

Thanks for your reply to my topic but, please, I don't want to put you in trouble! I just want to know if KORG has any plans of releasing a complete PA1X manual? I think it will help a lot having all features gathered in one book and the best of all to print it in color!!

Dimitris
