I have a converter program that I created to convert the R3 factory programs to Radias format. It takes a file of R3 programs in sysex format, converts the programs to Radias format and then spits out a Radias flavoured sysex file.

So at some point (probably not this week, as I am on holiday/have guests) it would be great to do the conversion thing with the programs that you have been so kind (and cool!) to share.
