Korg M3 - dual voltage or not?

Post by RonnieK »

I bought a Korg M3 from Japan which says 110 v on the back.. im from australia which is 240 v.... just wondering if i need to buy a transformer voltage adaptor?

(it would be nice if the m3 was dual voltage like they make laptops.)

You don't need that dual voltage of yours, M3 will adjust himself to any voltage that he is connected to.

I wouldn't be so sure about that. Every board I have that has an auto-sensing power supply says so. I.e. 110V-240V. The Korg boards I own only say 220-240V. (We have the same system as Aus).

the same thing goes for m3.
Sharp had also some posts about that, search it, but you'll find the same answer.

My mistake, it's this post/thread, didn't read it to the bottom line.
