problem with microKONTROL drive

am currently use window XP. I try to install it so many time but it not working... any help would be a great appreciate. I did follow the guide but it not work. am wonder what u user do to over come this problem

I had this too, the driver would install but no midi devices would be showing....

it kinda fixed itself when I reformatted.
