No, EXs3 is only for the OASYS.

At some point in time Korg will start releasing EXB-PCM-USB expansion libraries for the M3. I suspect (just a guess) that Korg may announce some at Winter NAMM 2008 (late January, 2008).

Yes.

The top header above "All Songs" translates to "Demo Ensemble"
The header above "Legato Pop Flute" translates to "Demo Programs"
The header above "Strngs/F.Horn/Flute" translates to "Demo Combinations".
For sure:

https://www.korguser.net/oasys/version/1_3/exs3/

The samples are accompanied by 128 Programs and 64 Combinations, to take full advantage of the new sounds.

Very Good sounds

Was "Endless Orch pad" (Jack Hotop) done on the pads?, as there seems to be notes/polyphony cutting out? - unless it was meant to sound that way.

If you follow the progression, there are 8 changes, probably corresponding to the 8 chord pad/triggers played in succession. What you are hearing are not notes cutting out, but reversing envelopes.
