problem with TR76

problem with TR76

Have some problems as following:
1. In PROG. mode - some time when I play strings - tune is defected, sound is totally disharmonised.This time I must restart my TR. This problem is not permanent, but came back in some periodicity...

2. In COMBI mode Some time when I play for example strings with piano together, problem is, that I lose piano sound and Only strings we can hear, but too no correct sound.

Have no experiences with KORG, because its my First KORG.
Can samebody to help me??
