I just bought a korg microKONTROL on Ebay and the seller said that it included everything needed to get rolling. It arrived on time, and in good condition, but did not include one crucial item: the driver CD. In order to test it out, i need to install the drivers etc...
I'm running windows XP SP2 on a dell XPS M170. I hope to use the microKONTROL with Reason 3.0
If anyone could rip the ISO of the cd and email it to me, i'd be elated.
hmm, i already explored that option, perhaps it's something else. i tried to install that driver, rebooted etc... the computer recognizes the microkontrol, and it shows up in the control panel as a usb audio device. In the manual, it states that i must alter the default driver using the included CD-ROM in order to get the USB midi driver working...
for some reason, the midi driver is locked to a specific USB port. I just had it plugged in to the wrong one. I plugged it back in to the jack i had the USB cord connected to when i installed the drivers etc, set the global time to external, restarted reason, and BAM, she works. Thanks for your help, it was much appreciated.
