is this the correct flash card? JAMedia 256MB

GC suggested a JAMedia 256MB CF card but its not saving corractly. If the CF card is compatible, is it possible that its defective? Also, doest it matter if you do a quick or long format and is there a limit to how many times you can format it?

I personally wouldn't bother with a 256MB CF. You'll soon run out of space!

Get a Sandisk Ultra III 2gig or 4gig. Plenty of space and Ultra Fast
I brought one from Ebay for £17.99 and its superb.

I did a full format on it and it took quite a while
