Tomorrow I'll phone to the KORG italian distributor to check if they send the CDs to the italian registered users. (Hope so....)

Hi People!
The EXs-3 two CDs expansion is arrived at home this morning.
The EXs-3 is now installed and authorized.
The sounds are great. No problem with the installation.
Now I'd like to say "thank you" to ESOUND (the italian KORG distributor) in the person of Mr. Simone Giacchetti, for the excellent service!
Again, OASYS is a wonderful music machine.

No, just checked the post ... and not here yet. Looking forward to trying it, since Korg have made it so easy to do so.

Hi, anyone from Korg,
I am just wondering how long we have to wait for delivery of the CD's from Korg USA before we contact you? I live in Miami and have not received mine yet, I do not want to contact Korg USA because I know that the CD's may be on their way. Is it possible for you to let me know if the package is on the way or not?
Thanks.

Thanks Dan,
What a quick reply but won't it be busy for Korg USA if everyone calls? I was just wanting to know if the CD's had been sent out yet.

:-)

I suspect the Thanksgiving holiday had a little bit to play in that.

I would suggest waiting one week. Of course you could call anytime you want.

Yes, please wait on calling us - I'll check with the outside service we used for the mailing (I didn't want to lick 500 envelopes/stamps!) and I'll post back here.

Since Korg sent them all out from Japan at the same time it makes sense to see deliveries starting in Australia, sweeping across Europe, and getting to us last.

Regards,

Jerry

I called and talked to Ian at Korg. He said they just started working on them on Monday. So probably from the sounds of it the US should get theirs early part of next week.

Thanks Jerry,
I will give it some more time now I know what is happening. I did not want to bother Korg USA with a phone call as I know they have more important things to deal with. Thanks everyone for the replies.
