I think you are going to have trouble finding an OASYS 76 for that low price in the U.S.

However, there is an OASYS 76 in the U.S. where the minimum bid is $4,500:

thanks so replying. i had already put my eyes on that one days ago

one oasys 88 actually sold for $4000 but i coundt bid cause the seller doesnt want international buyer
