tech question

Trying to hook up my new M3 to my Zoom MRS recorder and although I can get a mono input to go through I'm not getting stereo. Check the obvious; cables volume, etc. Using balanced cables, could that be the problem? Thanks, for any advise.

It should be as simple as running the left and right outputs from your M3 into the Zoom.
You may want to check the settings on your recorder.

Did you pan the tracks on the recorder?
