K61 not recognized

Post by i_mudra »

Hi All
I had the same problem. When I inserted K61 to USB the LED's started to flash and Windows XP didn't recognized it.
The problem is USB port on some computers not providing enough power. I bought a AC adapter and after that it worked fine with the USB cable
Good luck!

I've been dealing with Korg Support on the phone for a week now and they are great... I had problems with the M1 LE software and with registering my product... a quick update on the M1 LE and a copy and paste with some files and I'm good to go... My point is call them on the phone and those techs are good... Max is the tech who's been handling my case and he worked hard on it...

I cant use my k49 for the same reason. The newest driver 1.12 did not fix it. Still no "device connected". Is this case closed by KORG? Do they have an official recommendation to buy another controller?
