Authorizing Code

Post by Rampdog »

I bought the K61P and the M1LE software came with it... The authorizing code number that comes with the M1LE is invalid... The website they send me to for retrieval of the number is a dead site... Any ideas...?

Korg changed their IP address, so the program goes to the wrong location:
(it appears the IP address was "hard-coded" into the software)

Just go directly to "www.korguser.net" in your web browser

After a week my problem has been fixed... I must say, the Korg support line was easy and Max who handled my problem did a great job.... I was expecting to be on hold for hours like I was a couple years ago but I've been on the phone with them a few times over this past week and got right through... I even asked for Max and they patched me right over to him... Kudos to Korg and their support... =D>
My problem was a dll file ... a simple copy and paste got the job done...
