I can load sounds pcg directly from my computer?

No you will have to put the PCG (Sounds) on your smart card from your computer then to your Le.

works fine here
it can be a bit misleading in this topic though as it's related to loading samples, not only PCG and in the end it states that sounds will be gone after reboot

if you only load PCG with no external samples, nothing will be gone
