I haven't seen Richard Rose in awhile....is he still around? What a great programmer!

M3, Triton Classic, Radias, Motif XS, Alesis Ion
Sorry. Haven´t talked to him for agesjazlover wrote:Pecca do you ever talk Richard ? If you do, tell him to drop in for a visit.

About the last time we "spoke" (in these forums) was when he got a Proteus2000. I had one of those B4 and sold it and got the Proteus X (audiocard bundeled with the sounds of Proteus 2k for a fraction of the cost of a Proteus 2k).
I have been "gone" for a few years... Been gaming)

Nice to be back tho

Ahh... Nice to see that I am remembered after all this time... I´m still here and have popped in from time to time... And... I´m still experimenting with sounds, and have got an arsenal of new toys.
Sitting at work right now and was totally unaware that someone out there missed me
Glad to see that you´re still here and that this forum is as alive as before. I´m sorry that I haven´t been writing in so many months, but I will always be with you.
So many new things from Korg to keep up with - played the M3 the other day and - wow, I want it... So, maybe some day I will have my own M3 (hopefully).
I´m now the proud owner of a Korg Triton, EMU Proteus 2000, Roland XV3080, AKAI S-5000, AKAI S3000XL, Yamaha Rm1x, Roland SH-201 amongst other cool toys. But still the Triton stands out (in my humble opinion)...
Again, thanks for remembering me - I´m touched...
Best regards,
Richard Rose

I never wrote an explanation to why I haven´t been on for a while, so I guess I have to elaborate myself... Here it goes:
1. I have learned to play the guitar for a bit, thus the Triton have been set a side...
2. My child said that we should buy a game and I said "not a lousy game that we will not play"... So I bought him the game "World of Warcraft" and thought that I had to try it... So - I was hooked. Now in level 70 of my
char and still having fun with that game makes me somewhat addicted...
And yes - I know I´m to old for playing computergames (but still it´s fun).
3. Have been working odd-hours and many of them, and having the house to attend to (and family which should be in the first place
).
Hopefully, now that I have posted once again, I will do so more often.
In the meantime - take care and have fun!
Best wishes,
Richard Rose

Duh... posted before, but seems it went missing in action.
What i roughly wrote was:
Weehooo MM ! Nice to see you again
To your defense regarding computergaming/age...
I´m turning 37 and am by no means regarded to be old within our gaming clan
We never played WOW tho...
