No way... if you want a patchlist, type it for yourself as I did for Digital Performer.
To speed up the process a little, I did the following:
1) Downloaded the TR Voice name List in PDF format
2) Used Ompnipage pro to "read" the names of the patches
3) Saved the resulting file in .TXT format
Then you must study the syntax, i.e. how the patches are written, where are put CCs etc, of the Cubase/Nuendo and create with a simple text editor a file that contains TR patch names.
Sometimes Microsoft Excel can be helpful: lines and diferent columns can be used to contain CC0, CC32 and Patch name. Excel can export files in .TXT format, bein thus compatible with Cubase patchscript.
The entire operation is easier to do than to explain...

Nuendo xml patch list - How to do it
I know it's clumsy and un-orthodox but it works. I have a triton rack with the orchestral EXB. Typing all the patch names is not an option. I have only one lifetime available.
There is a general MIDI editor librarian called MIDI Quest. I do not encourage piracy but when you're stuck to some problems that some other guys didn't think about..... This software can read from your device the whole patch list. Try to find a cracked version on some Russian torrents. I do not recomend using this software, but just give it one shoot to extract your patch-list and delete it. In the "set" menu there is an option to save the set as "cubase script". Save this cubase script in [system drive]:\Documents and Settings\[YOUR USER]\Application Data\Steinberg\Cubase [Version] 3\Scripts\Patchnames\inactive\Korg\. I put between [] the information that is specific for your computer. now open cubase. Open MIDI Device manager. Open install device list. You will find your exact patch list file. You can export it now as xml for use with any Steinberg software.
I got mad until I discovered this....hope it helps.
I insist you erase MIDI Quest after this. Anyway it's to "general" to be usefull.

I am a digital Pitbull. Those machines have to do what I want them to do. Exept writing music on their own!
