BSQ to midi utility?

1) Is there a software that can convert a backing sequence files (BSQ)created on iS40 into a standard midi file?

2) Will Pa2X or Pa800 be able to read iS40 BSQ files? I have plenty of those and I don't want to lose any past work due to upgrade. I could do it on the iS40 before I sell it, but it will take several days.
