Did someone already say a built in kaoss pad?
That would be cool too, especially if you could lock it to the arpeggiator as well as effects.

the em1 is teh sex.

which is why im on my second one.

you can't beat the sequencer though. I personally wish they'd make a multi channel em1 flavored box so i can run more than one channel to a multitimbral synth, but it aint gonna happen.

i'm quite content sequencing synths with the em1 and using it for drums.

the em1 runs 3 channels

synth1 - midi 1
synth2 - midi 2
drums - midi 10

i dont understand how you cant send 2 channels to a synth

if you want more get an emx

you're right, my bad.

typically I keep one synth channel to the EM1 for setting up quick grooves and basslines.. hence why I said one channel.

Id rather not get an EMX1, i'd be spending all that money just to use the sequencer. if I was serious about it, I'd just get a used / cheaper rmx1
