Detune sounds

Hi i bought my x50 about to weeks ago and when i used it some sunds detuned by thereself without touching anithing. I´ve tried with the knob 2 but still does it and i´ve tried with changing the Ams control in the pitch section. please. sorry about the errors i´m from argentina, specially this happens when I press the damper pedal. thanks :)
