Drum tracks question

Post by h8hoos »

I just can't figure out how to play various drum tracks/patterns, and change from one to another quickly, and play over them with various piano and organ (and other) sounds. Is it easy to do? The manual just doesn't make sense to me. At this time I'm not trying to record anything, just sit down and jam. Thanks for any help.

you could use the "load song template" function to load into sequencer all the different styles for Rock (there are about 11 variations i think)

go to sequencer mode

press the tab in the top right hand corner to load template song

select a style eg Rock

tick the box that says copy pattern to track too

then select from the variations and press ok

then change to a different one and keep doinbg this until done

then press exit

now press start/stop on the sequencer and the drum variations will play

then change the track number you are playing on to play piano/bass etc over the top of the drums
