kORG Zero8 Touchpad not working

Yesterday my Zero8 arrived and while hookin'up I found out the touch screen only works half.. that is to say that it changes x funcions but y not.
This also makes it impossible to enter setupmode becouse the pad can not select by pressing an option.
Does anybody recognize this problem and is there any tip or hint how this can be solved?

You need send it to repair.

I am working on getting it repaired already.. but having bought a Zero8 in the States while living in the Netherlands has gotten me in a labyrinth in witch it ..sofar.. is IMPOSSIBLE to get any response or support..

I stay patient and wont give up!

I've waited around 2 months for repaired it, because they need order the parts from korg.

p.s. You may try to hold down CH 7 Cue and CH 8 Cue while powering on to reset the ZERO8 to factory settings.
