Any manual for making samples from WAVs?

Any manual for making samples from WAVs?

Hello!

I want to make multi-layer sample file from my several WAVs.
I've got Awave Studio and... please, could somebody explain me, or share a link to tutorial of creating good-sounding multi layered samples?

I want to make slightly different sound depending on velocity and so on...
So, I want to create good sound.

Please, help me to do my first step.

You may want to use a tool such as http://www.samplerobot.de/english/was.htm which supports the creation of layered multisamples.
