Modulation wheel

I use my PA-80 connected to a master keyboard.
Some months ago I asked some help to configure it for using the Master Keyboard modulation wheel and now I can use it.
I still have a little problem: it works correctly only with those program (like pianos, synths or brasses) I don't want and doesn't work with organs, my target!
This means that I use a the correct midi configuration but, probably, there is some parameter in the Program configuration that disable it and i didn't found it, someone can help me?
