Post by Ryan Johnson »

im considering taking my korg zero 8 mixer back as all the problems that have gone wrong with it since day one has finally got to me!!! after six months of messing around with all these faults my patience has come to an end!!!

if anyone has taken theirs back and has received a refund I would like to know.

Thanks korg users!

i have been in talks with korg. They have today admitted that the only way to cue through the headphones in midi mode is to loose one chanel!!

- This was NOT written in the manual
- This was NOT advertised...... ' The all NEW Korg zero7 (one chanle for cue) mixer'
- This is CLEAR false advertising!!!

For eveyone that has got a ZERO 8 mixer and feels like they have been let down I am going to start a thread ......... ALL ZERO 8 users Register!! its an online petition!!!

please see digital recording and mixing threads se we can start the petition!!!!!

Korg Zero 8

Have you updated the firmware on your mixer to 1.6?....The updates sorted out most of the problems i was finding...

My only complaints so far are the location of the headphone plug is in the way of everything and the power button is under the xlr cables in the back...Also the crossfader is not centered so if you happen to want to scratch you can only use the right deck properly with the crossfader...

The Pros for the mixer outweigh the cons by miles and miles...Go return it if your not happy but you wont find a replacement that does close to what the zero 8 does for at least another year or two...
