Hello, everyone. I'm new to this forum (my first forum actually). Thanks, Daz, for pointing me to the right forum.
I want to buy a new keyboard and I've been looking at the Korg M3 but I think it might be too much for me (features & money). I play mostly in church. I own a Hammond XK3 so my organ needs are taken care of. I'm looking for a keyboard with good piano, strings, synths, pads and effects. Also, I want to do some easy recording - nothing too complicated, I'm not a techy.
My next keyboard has to be 88 keys and weighted - a good feel. I tried out the Yamaha Motif and the Roland Phantom and I like the Korg M3 best when it comes to the feel of the keys.
However, is there another keyboard out there that has what I'm looking for but not all the extra stuff the M3 has? I've been looking at the Korg TR - what are your opinions on the TR? I viewed the streamline video from Korg's website and the sounds are great!
Looking forward to hearing from you all soon.

TR88. It's way more ready for play then the M3 - the latter one needs a lot of tweaking before the sounds fit you well, that's the general opinion anyway. I have a TR and enjoy it very much.
If it's only the sounds you need, go ahead and TR will suit your needs easy:)

Thanks! Korg TR it is
Thanks, everyone. I don't want to do any tweaking and I don't want to spend a lot of money either. So it sounds like the TR88 may be what I'm looking for. I appreciate all of your responses.
