EMX Midi implementation with bcr2000 midi controler.
I have EMX and BEHRINGER BCR 2000(http://www.behringer.com/BCR2000/index.cfm), my question is - Can i program Electribe with Midi controler, to changing knob`s value for each part`s without switching parts on the electribe?. If i can , than how can i do that . Midi controler has lof of knobs on the panel. I want to have quickly acces to ingerate to the sound of each part withouth changing parts on emx
yes
i dont know how to set it up but i assume its in the supplied computer editing program
lets say you want the first 5 knobs along the bottom to control the cutoff freq for each of the synth parts
just set the knobs all to the same CC number and then change the midi channel for each of them 1-5
if this is doable then its going to be a fantastic tool

yes you can, plug the out of the emx in the in of the bcr
press leanr turn a knob on the emx
repeat for every part
i did 2 scenes for my esx (everything besides mutes as they are the shittiest implementation ever (ie transmit the state of ALL muted/unmuted parts in 1 message, same for solo)
1 have volume on faders and the 4 most important parameters on the top rotaries (im on a bcf, but its the same, you even have WAY more knobs than I do)
