Korg Radias: Mod Wheel

How can I get this rotating pitch out of the mod wheel, when I bend it up?

Go into EDIT mode, under the PITCH menu, the fourth option down is "Vibrato Intensity" (abbreviated VibratInt) change the value of that parameter to 0000.
