Kaoss Pad and Trumpet

I was wondering how effective the Kaoss pad would be with a miced up trumpet? would the effects have a substantial effect on the sound? sorry if this is me being stupid, im just a trumpet player interested in getting some sort up loopable effects pad and was wondering what people thought

definitely will sound awesome if you use a good mic and take care not to peak your signal.

you should make a video of you doing that too, s**t would be sick
